Thread: How to cancel membership?

Could someone please tell me how to close my membership/ delete my details? I've looked at the 'settings' section but can't see an option there.

According to the Terms of Service it is in Your Account area, but this facility has not been available for at least 2 years. I believe only Admin can delete accounts.

I have twice emailed using the "contact us" link to request this but no reply .... very frustrating! Thank you so much for the info.

Well give him a chance as the new owner is trying to sort out the glitches as fast as he can. Can't you pm him?
