Thread: creating folder on profile

Oh eck I am getting in a pickle

I keep trying to create a folder for some of the subscription threads and it don't seem to work. I tick all the threads I want -then click 'move to folder' and it says I must create one. I've created no end and then they seem to disappear

Must be doing something wrong but I'm just trying to stop getting an e mail for every thread that gets answered

Mary, I'm confused ,

Why not just click unsubscribe for the ones you don't want replies to? Or am I missing something.

Hi Mary,

Follow this:

In your profile look on the left side for Subscribed Threads:

Click Edit Folders. Then in Add New Folders area add a new folder and click Save Folders.

This should then store the folder correctly.

Then select the posts you want to move and click GO with move folders selected. On the next page select the folder you wish to move them too and click Move Items. All done.

An alternative is to select the posts you no longer wish to be subscribed to and select No Email Notification in the drop down box. You wont receive any emails for the selected threads then.
