Hi,
Is the description box for info about the person such as what they did etc., and should occupations and dates etc, be all put in the same box for each person, oh dear, I'm such a fool at explaining myself, hope someone can understand this.

Do you mean the History section?

I think so, I have some relations who have different jobs in different years, I put them in different description boxes, but it only showed the last one entered and I couldn't find the others. There is also lots of other info for separate people and I wasn't sure whether to bulk it all together.

When you are viewing the persons infomation page you will notice that you can see that persons life events under the History tab. There are all the prefered life events that are showing. If you want to view them all then click on ALL HISTORY button in the bottom right of the page. You can add as many different life events as you want. Remember the events are specific to the person you are viewing on that page.
