Saving Subscriptions/Threads

Hi,

I am obviously doing something wrong but every time I make up new folders they just keep disappearing into thin air and then suddenly they will re-appear, its so frustrating, I am going round and round in circles trying to fathom it out, please can someone explain step by step of how I can retain all the folders that I make up.

I have just noticed that all my folders that I made up earlier this evening have appeared in the private messages in folder for some reason, can you tell me what to do next please

I have never bothered with folders for subscriptions before. I have just done one and it has appeared straight away. If I then delete any subscriptions from the main list they also go from that folder (maybe I am not doing it right also). I will check with Jon. Are these ones you want to keep, if so the folders in the private messages may be a better option. I have a folder for pm's I want to keep. One for email addresses and one for information from threads for my own tree.



I clicked on edit subscriptions under subscriptions and saved folder. The subscriptions all appeared in there.
