In which way is she having trouble. Is she trying to use her name. If so, it may already be taken.

Thanks Starlight. I have sent your message through just incase thats exactly whats going on...My friend Jan has tried six different names for a user name..She,s going away for a few days but will try again to rejoin..

There are over 30 usernames that start with Jan.
