I recently added a link to AA on my site, and I am now listed on the Top Sites list.
I am delighted to see this link, which can only help both sites, and above all, researchers interested in the subjects of my pages. My suggestion is that the link which we add in our own sites for AA, is made to look more attractive. At present it is a simple text link. Why not use your header with the leaf, which would stand out more, and help to register the image of this site with visitors to mine and others? Regards Martin |

Hi Martin,
The reason I have chosen to run with simple text links is because text has more of an impact on Google than images. With the image links you only get to take advantage of the image ALT text whereas with a text link you can take advantage of the link text aswell as the href TITLE tag. In AA4 I may include a number of different link backs that our members can use, but for now I just wish to keep things simple. Many thanks for the input though. Regards |
