Hi Louise,

So I know how far you have got. Can you open your tree on Ancestry.
On the right hand side towards the bottom go to Tools and click on manage tree.
When new window opens where it says Download gedcom, has it got a picture of a computer disc by it or a yellow file ?

Hi Louise,

Click where it says download tree. You should get a message saying "We are preparing ....... to prepare it for download in GEDCOM file format...The file will be available shortly.
If you have not already got a gedcom reader on your computer you will need to download one first.

Hi Louise,

If you need any help adding it to AA, just shout. It is fairly straight forward.
