Hi all
I have had a phone call and spoke to Andy. It seems they are looking for families who have had a bust up in the past and have lost contact over the years because of it. They want to reunite them to sort out their differences. Andy said he would let me know in about 3 weeks to see if I would be picked.
Good luck to you Danny.

Hi NORFOLKROOTS

I thought your new found decendants would have made a good documentary. In my opinion the Celebrations part is a bit misleading If what your saying is that they are looking to reunite people who have had a bust up and lost contact over the years.

This would put me in line for this documentary although me and my cousin haven't seen each other since my mum and her sister (my aunt) fell out with each other when I was a child....over 50 years ago. The first time I met my cousin was at my aunt's funeral 5 years ago and that was the last time I saw her my cousin's daughter said her mum finds it hard.
I would love to help in this documentary but I am scared of the outcome as my cousin is a retired policeman's daughter.

Hi Pauline
It could be worth it to get properly reunited. After all, the argument was between your mum and her sister not you and your cousin. Life is too short for families to be at war.
I had an upset in my family and my father died having not spoken to me for 5 years.
The program might be just what you all need to break the ice.
I wish you luck.

Hi Marilyn

You know I think you could be right, as you say life is too short and yes the fall out was between my mum and her sister. I was only a child at the time so I was powerless even though my uncle told us he'd lock us up if we went to their house again....Kind of strange how things stick in your mind from years ago and somethings that happened yesterday you can't remember

That's it now, I have just emailed Andy my phone number

I had a Phonecall from Andy Tippins at 10am this morning, he's taken my details and that of my family, he's going to type them up and show his Producer and he's going to phone me back next week.

Hello
Well i got a telephone call today from Blast Film Productions asking for my family info.

I told him what he wanted and he told me he would get back to me.

So when i got home from work i checked my emails as usual and low and behold there was a msg from a guy named Andy, and he said that he wanted all the family info written down for him and he wants to ring me on Monday to discuss it further.

I will update more on Monday if and when he calls.
