Thread: Can't access my profile

Hello, I'm obviously doing something wrong here!

A couple of nights ago I wrote an introduction,on the "introduce yourself" forum, filled in my profile with avatar and profile photo and posted it. I Cannot find anything now. So I thought I'd start all over again.

This morning, I have tried to "customize my profile from "My account" page and got the following message:- (I am permanently logged in)

"Hampshirelady12 - Unfortunately you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

Your account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. This page may heve been restricted by the administrator.
You may be trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system. "

Can you put me right please. I can manage my tree ok, but have difficulty otherwise.

Hi Jennie, I can see your pic in your profile..and its a lovely photo

I cant access mine If I am not logged in..

Hi JennieB,

Click on your own name at the side of one of your posts. Click view public profile and see if that works.

Hi Jennie,

You can also access it by clicking on your name on the list of members on-line or from the drop down box on quick links.
