Thread: Pedigree View Help Request

I am unable to see my own trees in a pedigree view. Regardless of which link I try, after the "loading" page finishes, I only see the "tree tips" page. Any ideas how to correct this?

It works ok for me. Where it has my trees listed I just click on Pedigree view and up it comes.

Sadly it doesn't work for me. I was entering a tree manually a few days ago, during one of the saves between entries it stopped working. I deleted that tree and loaded a tree from a GEDCOM, same problem. Regardless of which link I use ("Pedigree View" from the "My Trees" page; "My Default Tree" or "Family Tree" from the home page, or the “Your Root Tree” link), the result is the same; it appears to be loading, but does not show my tree when finished loading. I have no problem viewing other public trees. Should I delete me account and start over?

Before you do that, try deleteing your cookies and your history. Then retry. If this doesnt work then I will look into it further.

I still have the porblem after clearing the browser history and the cookies. Any thoughts?

The Tree requires your browser to have Javascript enabled. Is Javascript switched off in your browser settings?

Yes, Java is enabled. I have no problem viewing other trees, it is only my own tree that does not load properly.

I have removed my tree info.
