Yes, goto the persons record that is in question. Edit the person and set the Living or Deceased setting to the relevent answer.

Hope that helps.

Hi Jon, I've just checked & it is set on deceased, but it's still showing 'Living' on the printer view.

Hi Catwoman,

Have you put in the death year, because any deceased relatives will still show up as living, if no death year has been entered.
Hope that makes sense?

The year is there & the deceased button is highlighted.

Hi there,

I have now figured out what causes the problem.

If you have more than 2 Given names it will (for some reason) default to Living.

i.e. Firstname Middlename Secondmiddlename Lastname

You can, however, use initials i.e. John H R Smith

For the record that was causing your specific error I have taken out the third middle name "Louis", the record is now showing fine. Just be aware that I took out that 3rd middle name.

I will look into this error more and try to resolve it.

Let me know if that is ok.

Kind regards

EDIT: I have been told to point out that it was actually Kelly that figured out what was causing the error. There you go Kelly, have your 5 minutes of fame!

Hi again,

I have now fixed the problem so that you can still add ALL the middle names for your records.

If, for example, you have a person named:

John Thomas Edward Lawrence Smith

The printer friendly page will show him as:

John T E L Smith

(providing you have permission to view living persons of course) So basically I have intitialised the middle names.

See the attached file for an example.

Any more queries then please feel free to ask.

Kind regards
