Thread: Locked out of "My Tree"

Can you help please.

I am already registered with Family Tree Maker.
When I log on it won't accept my password.

I request "forgotten password", then Internet Explorer informs me
I need to use valid e-mail. I am using my valid and only e-mail address.
so either way am in a no-win situation.
