Hi Larika,

I sent you your username and password and I can see that you HAVE registered for a tree maker account, however, I can not see a tree grouped with your username.

This tells me that you have not created a tree yet. You may have simply not finished the final step.

Goto the tree maker, login and then click on Create A New Family Tree. Follow the steps until you are finished and you see you tree on a new page. This will signify that your tree has been created.

If you need any more help then please feel free to respong in here.

Kindest regards

Jon
