i am so glad that someone eals is having trouble in accessing their tree i started today i put myself in and my mum and dad but now cant get back in HELP???

Hi Larika,
I sent you your username and password and I can see that you HAVE registered for a tree maker account, however, I can not see a tree grouped with your username. This tells me that you have not created a tree yet. You may have simply not finished the final step. Goto the tree maker, login and then click on Create A New Family Tree. Follow the steps until you are finished and you see you tree on a new page. This will signify that your tree has been created. If you need any more help then please feel free to respong in here.
