OK,

I now know what the problem is. Basically our server has a default of the maximum size a file can be when it is uploaded is 2MB, your GEDCOM file is 2.02MB (just out).
However, I have asked my hosts to increase this limit so please wait a little longer and I will update you as soon as I know.

Regards

Jon

Hi again,

OK, problem fixed. I tested your tree and it now uploads fine.

Kind regards

Hi all,

As many of you may experienced, the tree maker is running quite slow. I am fully aware of this and am currently working hard to resolve the issues causing it.

Please bare with it whilst this optimizing work is being carried out. We will soon have the tree maker running at a good speed. This is one of those "teething problems" I mentioned earlier. One of the things that is bound to happen whilst the initial LIVE TESTING is going on.

No information will be lost, and you will soon be able to enjoy the tree at a reasonable speed.

Regards
