Thread: Message from a guest.

Can anyone tell me how to reply to a private message from a guest? There does not seem to be a reply facility.

I didn't think guests were able to send private messages. I will get back to you and also send you a pm.

Having checked your account I can see that you do not currently have any private messages at the moment. This tells me that the message you are seeing maybe somewhere else on the system.



Starlight is correct, guests are not permitted to post messages on Ancestry Aid. Can you tell me where you saw the message in question and I will investigate further.
