i know this should be simple - i use personal ancestral file (PAF5) as my database. When you save or export a file it gives several options for the gedcom format.
I have now saved my file in three different formats and tried to upload each one and all times it says that the files are either incomplete or not a recognised format. Can someone help please??? as there does not seem to be any help info on the gedcom page. regards wag39 |

I have tried to upload mine several times and each time it freezes on the second page, perhaps I am doing something wrong? Kevin |

Hi Kevin,
Please email the file to Jon. He will sort it out for you and email it back to you. Sorry for the delay in the reply to your question. Busy times at the moment. Regards |
