Hi all,

Ancestry aid uses vBulletin software for its forums. They have now released a major update of the board which means that AA will need to upgrade to the latest version also.

The good news is that this will assist us in many ways:

1: Help us with the streamlining we desperately need.

2: Many handy features are new to the system that we can use:

That is taken from the vB designers. You will see that much of it will help and allow us to delete some of the features we have manually installed.

NO POSTS WILL BE DELETED OR LOST

I am hoping that the system will not take long to upgrade so please feel free to check in regularly.

Hi all,

Well as you can see there has been an upgrade to the forums.

A full instructional post will be put up soon on some of the new features. I have also applied a fantastic SEO system which will help us out.

Have a good look round, especially in your profile pages, there are many new features in there.
