HELP

Keep trying to get in Norfolk new group, but message keeps saying to log in and not got permission to access

I hav just tried and it will allow me to join the group. Are you first clicking join group which is at the top on the right hand side?

I seem to be in, but still can't post messages, when I click on submit, message comes up saying I've not got permission, to refresh page and to log in, each time I try, same message comes up, just going round in circles or am I missing something (apart from a few brain cells)

You will notive that I have posted an administration test post using your account so as far as I can see there are no problems on my side.



Could you possibly attach a screen shot of your problem so I can see first hand?

thanks for your assistance, I've again tried a couple of times, same message as previously. I'm obviously doing something wrong or out of order. You got to remember the old brain cells are struggling to keep up, took me a while to work out what threads and posts were, all new terminology, but ok now, just!!! If I knew what a screen shot was, I would not know what to do with anyway.

If you have time is there any chance of step by step sequence.... how to do it in easy words, please, think I need a new dictionary.

Print Screen is basically the ability to take a snap shot of what you are looking at on your PC/Laptop. Do do it follow these steps:



First, you need to make sure that you can paste the image. For this you need a programme like Microsoft Word or similar.

1. Look for Print Screen on your keyboard - Normally "Prt sc"
   
2. Press Print Screen when you are viewing the page you wish to take a snap shot of. NOTE: Some computers may need to press and hold a key first such as Shift, Ctrl or FN
   
3. Open MS Word
   
4. Right click on the new document and select Paste
   
5. You should now see your image on there. Save and send to me.
   

I hope that is simple enough for you. If this is going to cause you a problem please let me know and we will try another route.

me again, thanks for replies

Tried a couple of times but no luck

Not got MS Word, so I been told.

This is the order I tap in to post nessage

Log in....Group New....Norfolk....Put message in box....Post message

then this pops up

The following errors occurred with your submission

1. You do not have permission to perform this action.

Please refresh the page and Log in before trying again.

Am I missing any instructions or wrong order.

Sorry if I'm taking up your time, usually my 10 year old g/son sorts out the problems.
