how do we view our family tree

Points To Note:



1: Upon the re-launch the Tree Maker will no longer be supported as a feature of Ancestry Aid. It will still remain if any members still wish to use it but there are plans to completely remove it at the end of 2008.

Did you see my post in your introduction ? Did you send your gedcom to the treemaker which is no longer supported or to the new gedcom facility which can be found at the top of the forum.



Due to gedcoms from other sites being scrambled on the tree maker, it is now only open for people who wish to put on their tree by hand. The gedcom facility can be viewed as far as names go but you cannot actually see a tree. You can find matches to your tree and contact other members researching the same names.

Found it. It is in the correct place. Go to Gedcom in the top bar - add your surname to the search engine.

I uploaded your gedcom , as requested, to the Gedcom database and NOT to the Family Tree Maker. Sorry for the confusion. I thought you wanted it on the Gedcom database.

Unfortunately, gedcom files downloaded fom Genes are not compatible with our Tree Maker. Some sort of error with the way they export their files. I hope that having your gedcom file in our gedcom database is enough for you.
