Ellastone parish registers are on the IGI - there are lots of Ratcliffes (far too many to list)
If you go to familysearch.org - IGI page & enter batch number PO 10101 & British Isles & Ratcliffe you will get the pre 1812 baptisms - for marriages the batch number is MO 10102
