Have checked Street Directory for 1911 and found the following:
Opie Street(1911)
1 - Thomas Maddocks & Son's (Plumber's)
65 - William B McClelland (Shopkeeper)
81 - Emmanuel Roderick (Beer Retailer)

28 - Albert Leighton (Beer Retailer)

there was no listing for No.98
