Default Cemeteries In Woolwich

My Great Grandmother Caroline Elizabeth Whitehead died on the 13th February 1898 aged 36years at the Infirmary. My Great Grandparents lived at number 36 St Mary Street Woolwich. The Death Certificate states the sub district of East Plumstead. The Death was registered on the 14th February 1898. This September I am returning to England and would very much like to visit the Grave of my Great Grandmother. Can anyone help me here as to where she might have been laid to rest.

Regards Marion
