The earliest Watson that I have in my tree is Elizabeth Watson b1796, presumably Northamptonshire and her son Matthew Watson b 1816 Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. In 1841 they were living at 5 Bridge Lane, Hammersmith, London.

I haven't been able to track them back further than this yet.

Any connection?
