My ancestor Thomas Trice was born abt 1808 Ash nr Sandwich..he married Margaret Rollings from Brent Devon ,marriage date unknown. He died in Portsea Hampshire in 1883. They had 3 children born between 1832 and 1847 William, Elizabeth and George. The Eldest was my gg grandfather William Thomas Harvey Trice born in King St in 1832. Thomas was reported to have been in the Crimean War as a Gunner. William was also supposed to have fought in the Crimean.
