Hi Brummie,

I've been away on holiday so only just read your post, I wish you all the best, well done on fighting the nicotine habit All we smokers should take a leaf from your book and kick the nasty habit.......but easier said than done. You know the excuses.....I enjoy it, it doesn't seem to do me any harm etc However, you are proof that smoking does harm. Stupidly, I don't see myself stopping........well not unless I too get a scare.

Take great care, and I'm so pleased you've been given a good prognosis. Good to have you back on site.
