Print Screen is basically the ability to take a snap shot of what you are looking at on your PC/Laptop. Do do it follow these steps:
First, you need to make sure that you can paste the image. For this you need a programme like Microsoft Word or similar.
- Look for Print Screen on your keyboard - Normally "Prt sc"
- Press Print Screen when you are viewing the page you wish to take a snap shot of. NOTE: Some computers may need to press and hold a key first such as Shift, Ctrl or FN
- Open MS Word
- Right click on the new document and select Paste
- You should now see your image on there. Save and send to me.
